 ABSTRACT

Jute cotton pineapple blended fabric for this study has been produced in the Rapiar loom lies at the Laboratory of Jute and Textile Product Development Center (JTPDC) wing, Bangladesh Jute Research Institute, Dhaka, Bangladesh during the year of 2018 and 2019. Jute, Cotton and pineapple fibres, all are natural fibres. For this experiment jute, cotton and pineapple fiber were blended together and the yarn has been produced using rotor spinning machine stated at the Laboratory of JTPDC wing. The produced yarn has been used in the weft direction for jute cotton pineapple blended fabric. The process of the fabric production has been studied. After the fabric has been produced different properties like cloth cover factor, shrinkage, air permeability, handle properties etc. has been investigated and the results were satisfactory.
