ABSTRACT
The study was conducted at the Department of Management, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam University, Trishal, Mymensingh, Bangladesh during April 2020 to September 2020 to find out the impact of training on employees commitment and satisfaction. With the rapid change of business environment, workplace environment globally, increased competitiveness, changes in technology organizations are facing various challenges to acquire and sustain the best quality human resources to its success. To improve the quality of its human resources, increase employee commitment and satisfaction organizations must arrange training program properly. The result of the study shows that training had a significant impact on employee’s commitment and satisfaction. If the employees are properly trained with their work requirements and environment they were committed to their work and increased the satisfaction level.
