ABSTRACT
A study was conducted to assess the mutant and advanced lines of rapeseed-mustard (Brassica spp.) against the most important and major disease, Alternaria blight at Bangladesh Institute of Nuclear Agriculture (BINA), Sub-Station farm at Ishurdi upazila under Pabna district of Bangladesh during the winter seasons of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. None of the mutant/lines was found to be resistant against Aternaria blight. Four mutant/lines were graded as moderately resistant and others were moderately susceptible to the disease. Four varieties were rated as moderately susceptible and only the cultivar Tori-7 was recorded as susceptible to alternaria blight of mustard.
