ABSTRACT
The study was conducted at the Department of Agricultural Statistics, Faculty of Agriculture, Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka, Bangladesh to find out critical factors which mostly influence the level of satisfaction of the mobile phone users of Bangladesh during the period January to March, 2018. In twenty-first century telecommunication, services become a basic requirement for every individual and organization.This industry transforms human life significantly. Telecommunication industry provides rapidly in human communication. The present situation with regard to the satisfaction of cell phone user inDhaka city. There are different factors which affect the customer satisfaction. The highest proportion of occupation of the customers of the survey was estimated as students (38.67%). In this study presented that the positive linear relationship between predictor’s variables and overall customer satisfaction is statistically significant. The study revealed that network coverage, overall charge, bill payment system, value added services and promotional offer have significant influence on customer satisfaction of cell phone users in Bangladesh. But network quality, customer support, complaint management, availability of customer care center and internet service have insignificant influence overall customer satisfaction of cell phone users in Bangladesh.
