ABSTRACT
The study was conducted at the Department of Management, Jatiya Kabi Kazi Nazrul Islam university, Trishal, Mymensingh, during August 2020 to December 2020,to examine the influence of employee’s career management on employee’s career development. Employees career management involves a process by which employees develop individual strength and organizational opportunities, collect career related information, develop, implement and monitor career related goals and strategies to obtain career goals. The aims of the study are to understand the influence of employee’s career management on employee’s career development. The study result shows that employee’s career management have significant influence on employee’s career development. If the employees understand, develop, implement and monitor individual career related goals and strategies, they can develop their own career.
